10. Register of Mining Lease applications and mining leases.
(1)A register of mining lease applications shall be maintained in the office of the Mining Engineer /Assistant Mining Engineer concerned in Form No. 3.(2)A register of mining lease shall be maintained in the office of the Mining Engineer/Assistant Mining Engineer concerned in Form No. 4.
