1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.

The instant application has been filed by the applicants with a strange prayer that the Trial Court be directed to decide the bail application of the applicants in Case Crime No. 34 of 2023 u/S 323, 324, 506, 354-Kha, 307, 308 I.P.C. P.S. Kapsethi, District Varanasi, expeditiously which according to the learned counsel for the applicants has not yet been filed.
3. Therefore, the instant application is devoid of merits and is hereby dismissed, as on date no application for bail is pending, therefore, no direction for expeditious disposal of bail can be granted by this Court.
