Section 10 in The Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2007

10. Authorities of the University.

- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:-

(a)the Board of Governors,

(b)the Academic Council,

(c)the Finance Committee, and

(d)such other Authorities as may be declared by the regulations to be the authorities of the University.
