Section 32 in The Major Port of Tuticorin (Harbour Craft) Rules, 1976

32. Procedure for imposing penalties

- Every person on whom a charge of breach of any of the provisions under these rules are made shall be given a reasonable opportunity of being heard before any penalty is decided for such offence, and that no order imposing a penalty under these rules shall be made except after giving the person on whom such penalty is proposed to be imposed a reasonable opportunity of being heard.Form "A"(See Rule 4 (2))License No:License granted to ....................................
