Section 72 in Himachal Pradesh Waqf Rules, 2016

72. Age of superannuation of the Chairman and Member of the Tribunal.

- The age of superannuation of the Chairman shall be the last day of the month in which he attains the age of superannuation as per the rules applicable to him. The age of superannuation of the Member of the Tribunal appointed under sub-rule(2) of rule (71) shall be the last day of the month in which he attains the age of superannuation as per the rules applicable to him.
