The applicant aims that in terms the aforesaid 0M, SNG ais embitied to if her unauthorized absence for says and 16 days referred above are treated exztra ordinary leave on medical ground count for pension and increment. Consequently, made representation dated 27.11.2012{Annex. She received reply da 15.05.2013 rejecting her said tepresentat which reads as under:
