Section 6(1) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum and Electricity Ombudsman) Regulations, 2006
(1)The licensee shall give wide publicity of the existence of the Forum. The names of the Forum Members, its officials, their address, telephone and facsimile numbers, email address, etc. of the Forum shall be displayed at all the offices of the licensee and shall also be duly publicised, including in the electricity bills raised on the consumers.
