Section 2(d) in Bihar Public Works Contracts Disputes Arbitration Tribunal Regulations, 2009
(d)Words and Expressions used but not defined in these regulations but defined in Bihar Public Works contracts Disputes Arbitration Tribunal Act, 2008 (hereinafter called the 'Act') and the rules framed there under, shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Act and the Rules.
