Section 40(1) in Bihar Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Act, 2013
(1)If any society or company established for the purpose of sports and registered under any other law prior to the commencement of this Act contains as part of its name the expression "Bihar" or the name of any district of the State or its part, such society shall amend its name to remove "Bihar" or as the case may be, the name of the district from the registered name of the society within thirty days from the commencement of this Act.
