24. General disqualification of all employees.
- No person who had directly or indirectly by himself or his partner or agent any share or interest in any contract, by or on behalf of the Authority, or in any employment under, by or on behalf of the Authority otherwise than as an employee thereof, shall become or remain an employee of the Authority.Conduct of Business
