Section 28 in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act, 1965
28. Insolvency of members.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in any law relating to insolvency for the time being in force, the dues of a society from a member, in insolvency proceedings against him shall rank in order of priority next to the dues payable by him to Government or to a local authority.
