(1)Whoever intentionally offers any insult, or causes any interruption, to the Lokpal while the Lokpal is making any verification or conducting any inquiry under this Act, shall punished with simple imprisonment, for a term which may extend to one month or with fine of Rs. 2,000/- or with both.
