Section 18(1) in Municipal Corporation Solid Waste (Management and Handling) Bye-Laws, 2010
(1)Ward Samities/Mohalla Samities, as may be decided by the Commissioner, shall have the role of overall supervision and such other tasks as the Government or the Corporation may require of them to ensure effective implementation of these bye-laws in the area under their jurisdiction.
