Section 23 in The Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014
23. Meetings of Town Vending Committee.—
(1)The Town Vending Committee shall meet at such times and places within the jurisdiction of the local authority and shall observe such rules of procedure in regard to the transaction of business at its meetings, and discharge such functions, as may be prescribed.(2)Every decision of the Town Vending Committee shall be notified along with the reasons for taking such decision.
