Section 3(e) in Punjab Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules, 1973
(e)four persons, one representing the employees in the [P.W.D. Irrigation, one representing the employees of P.W.D. (Building and Roads)] [Substituted vide Punjab Government Gazette Legislative Supplement Part III, dated 24.7.1990.] and two representing the employees of the contractors to whom the Act applies to be appointed by the Government after consultation with such organisation, if any, of employees representing the respective interests as may be recognised by the Government.
