Section 296 in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010
296. Statement of payment.
(1)The Statement to be furnished, under rule 60 to the Registrar by the Liquidator in a winding up by the Tribunal and a LLP Liquidator in a voluntary winding-up, when making any payment of unclaimed distributable sums or undistributed assets into the LLPs Liquidation Account in the Reserve Bank of India or designated Bank under rule 61, shall be in Form No. 91.
