Section 4(2) in Veterinary Council Of India Regulation, 1991
(2)Every inspector shall receive from the President a commission in writing under the seal of the Council and the commission shall specify the veterinary college, hospital or other institution where veterinary education is given the veterinary examination conducted by the University, Board or other veterinary institution which is required to be inspected by him and he shall report to the Executive Committee thereon.
