Section 135 in Uttarakhand Co-Operative Societies Act, 2003
135. Appointment of Trustee.
- Registrar, co-operative societies or any other officer appointed by the State Government shall be the trustee for the purpose of securing the fulfillment of the obligations of the Uttarakhand State co-operative Bank to the holders of debentures issued by the Bank.
