2 22/06/2011Dismissal of the petitioner is on the ground of conviction in a criminal case who was involved in Animal Husbandry Fodder Scam case. Appeal of the petitioner against his conviction is still pending. Petitioner will have to await the outcome of appeal. Only after he is acquitted by the Appellate Court, there may be an occasion for the petitioner to approach this Court for a direction upon the respondent State on the issue. This writ application at this stage is ill advised.
This writ application is dismissed.
