Section 142(3) in The M.P. Municipal Corporation Act, 1956

(3)If any person wilfully delays or obstructs any person in the exercise of any of his powers under this section, he shall be liable to a fine not exceeding [one thousand rupees] [Substituted by M.P Act No. 29 of 2003 for the words 'one hundred rupees'.].
