Section 1 in The West Bengal Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
1. Short title and application.
- (i) These rules may be called the West Bengal Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989.(ii)They shall save as expressly provided otherwise, apply to, and in relation to, all motor vehicles in the State of West Bengal.
