Section 23(4) in The Saurashtra University Act, 1965
(4)All Faculties shall be located at the headquarters of the University:Provided that in respect of any of the Faculties the State Government after consulting the University may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct that the Faculty specified in the notification shall be located at such place outside the headquarters of the University as may be specified in the notification and thereupon the Faculty shall be located accordingly.
