Section 58(1)(i) in Chhattisgarh Minor Mineral Rules, 2015

(i)The Collector shall grant Quarry Permit for extraction, removal and transportation of any Minor Mineral specified in Part-C of Schedule-I and Part-A of Schedule-II from any specified land which may be required for the works of any department or undertaking of the Central Government or State Government.
