<><><> Issue notice to the respondents. Mr. Yashwant Mehta, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and states that the matter is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in the case of Smt. Meera Devi Vs. The State of Rajasthan & anr. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 6681/2014) decided on 26.09.2014. The operative part of the said order reads as under :-
"In view of the above facts, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the Director, Local Body, Jaipur along with a copy of the communication dated 30.06.2014 sent by him to the Commissioner, Municipal Council, Pali within a period of 15 days and upon receiving such representation, the Director shall issue specific directions after considering the entire facts and the report of inquiry officer within a period of one month thereafter."
In view of the above admitted position, the present petition is disposed of in terms of the observations made in the case of Smt. Meera Devi (supra).
