(2)His age must be not less than 15 and must not exceed 25 years; or in the case of a candidate who has been employed as a teacher in a recognised school for not less than three years, 35 years provided that the Director may in deserving cases relax the lower age-limit also.It shall, however, be in the power of the controlling authority, in very special circumstances, to admit a candidate relaxing the upper age-limit.
