Section 36A(4)(b) in West Bengal Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1972

(b)If there be no quorum in the meeting, no business shall be transacted at such a meeting and the meeting shall be adjourned to another date : Provided that no quorum shall be necessary in the case of such adjourned meeting.
