Section 50(b) in The Indira Gandhi Agriculture University, Raipur Statutes, 1987
(b)If a servant has served for more than ten years but has not served for more than twenty years a gratuity of one month's pay tor each complete year of approved service may be paid to the servant himself, provided that he has been permitted to retire from the service of the Vishwavidyalaya on account of his incapacity to continue in its service; or may be paid to his family it he dies while in the service of the Vishwavidyalaya.
