Section 9(4)(a) in Andhra Pradesh Distillery (Manufacture of Spirits) Rules, 2006

(a)Where the Commissioner is satisfied that the applicant has fulfilled the conditions specified in sub-rules (1) to (3) he may grant a licence to the applicant in From D2-(RM) or D2-(RG) or D2-(RMGO) as the case may be.
