(xxvi)to establish a campus at Itanagar in the State of Arunachal Pradesh and to have affiliated institutions, colleges, schools, and approved study centers Academic Centers, off Campus program Centers / Institutions and to establish Regional Campus(es) at different places in India and other countries.
