9. Extension of time.
- Where the Registrar has refused to grant extension of time for any purpose under the foregoing Rules, the Court may, on a written application and for sufficient cause shown, grant the same.Where a party does not take steps within the time allowed or where no one appears before the Registrar to ask for time to take necessary steps and the Registrar directs that the case be put up for orders before the Court, he shall be deemed to have refused to grant extension of time within the meaning of this Rule.
