Section 11 in West Bengal Scheduled Castes Advisory Council Act, 2017
11. Delegation of powers.
- The Council may, by general or specific order delegate to the Chairperson, the Vice-Chairperson or any member or to the Secretary of the Council subject to such conditions and limitations, if any, as may be specified therein, such of its powers and duties under this Act as it may deem fit.
