       The appellant is not present.  Nobody represented Public Authority at the scheduled time 

of hearing i.e. 10.30 am, but the representative Ms. Anila Soni, UDC came at 4 pm, after the 

hearing was over.  

  

FACTS

2.        The appellant  submitted that through his RTI application dated 27­11­2012,  he  had  sought information in respect of Sanwal Das Memorial School, KMP, New Delhi - Copy of the  inspection report conducted by Smt. Rita Sharma, EO in the year 2001, copy of inquiry report  dt. 17­8­2012 submitted by Mrs. Kunti Aswal, EO, names and addresses of the schools where  Mrs.Kamalesh   Malik,   Mrs.   Maju   Sharma,   Principals,   working,   list   of   unaided   recognized  schools, and also seeking inspection of all the files in respect of the Sanwal Das Memorial  School u/s 2(j) of the RTI Act.     PIO replied on 1­2­2013.  Not satisfied, the appellant filed  first   appeal     before   the   FAA,   who   by   his   order   dated   8­2­2013,   upheld   the   information  provided by the PIO and disposed of the first appeal Being unsatisfied with the information  supplied by the respondent authority, the appellant has approached the commission in 2nd  appeal. 

Decision:

3.      After perusal of the available  record in the file, the Commission directs the respondent  authority to revise the information as on today on all the points raised by the appellant in his  RTI application dated 27­11­2012 and furnish the information within 2 weeks from the date of  receipt of this order. 

4.     The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
