Section 7(f) in Delhi District Courts Establishment (Appointment & Conditions of Service) Rules, 2012
(f)twenty seven years in the case of any other category of person, on the last date fixed for the receipt of applications or on such other date as may be specified by the District Judge in the notification inviting applications.
