Section 15 in Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015
15. Offences to be cognizable and non-bailable.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), an offence punishable under section 13 shall be cognizable and nonbailable.
