Section 7(1A) in The Gujarat Home Guards Act, 1947
(1A)[ If any member of the Home Guards wilfully neglects or refuses to deliver up his certificate of appointment or of office or any other article, in accordance with the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 6A, he shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one month or with fine which may extend to one hundred rupees or with both.] [Sub-section (IA) was inserted, by Bombay 11 of 1950, section 7(2).]
