Section 17(2) in The Haryana State Legal Service Authority Rules, 1995
(2)In all matters like age of retirement, pay and allowances benefits and entitlements and disciplinary matters, the officers and other employees of the District Legal Services Authority shall be governed by the State Government Rules as are applicable to persons holding equivalent post.
