8. Engaging Consultants or Advisors.
- Where the Procuring Entity deems fit, it may engage the services of a consultant or advisor to assist the Tender Inviting Authority, the Tender Scrutiny and Evaluation Committee and the Tender Accepting Authority with the entire tender process or any stage thereof including the preparation of tender documents and the evaluation of tenders.
