Section 1 in U.P. Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2017
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2017.(2)They shall be applicable to all Municipal Corporations, Municipal Councils and Nagar Panchayats in the State of Uttar Pradesh.(3)They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Gazette.
