Section 11(j) in Andhra Pradesh Sports Authorities Act, 1988
(j)to co-ordinate all games, sports and physical education activities in all educational institutions whether or not receiving grants from the Government and to supervise that funds allotted to these institutions for the promotion of games, sports and physical education are properly utilised;
