1. The instant interlocutory application has been filed for condonation of delay of 79 days.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted by showing sufficient cause, as has been referred in para 4 of the delay condonation application that the present interlocutory application may be allowed by condoning the delay.
3. The opposite party-CBI has not filed any affidavit in objection, however, learned counsel Mr. Prashant Pallav, appearing on behalf of the CBI has made oral objection to the application filed for condonation of delay.
4. This Court has gone through the reasons assigned said to be sufficient cause in para-4 of the condonation of delay application.
The reason has been assigned that the petitioner is the permanent resident of New Delhi and the case is pending under the jurisdiction of the Court at Dhanbad, as such, delay has been caused in procuring the relevant documents.
5. This Court, considering the reason assigned in the aforesaid para 4 is of the view that there is sufficient cause for condonation of delay.
16. Accordingly, the delay of 79 days is condoned, as such, the interlocutory application being I.A. No. 1228 of 2025 stands disposed of.

7. Heard Mr. Rishi Sood, learned counsel assisted by Mr. Shailesh Poddar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Prashant Pallav, learned counsel for the opposite party.

10. The case has been heard today, i.e., the last working day before the ensuing Summer Vacations, 2025 and as such, let this mater be posted under the hearing for "Judgment" immediately after the Summer Vacations on 13th June, 2025, as it is the first working day as per the roster.
