Section 3 in The Orissa Cattle and Poultry Feed (Regulation) Act, 1979
3. Licence to be obtained for manufacture of feed.
- Pre-mixed cattle feed or pre-mixed poultry feed shall not be manufactured or processed for the purposes of sale by any person without a licence from the licensing authority.
