1. Counsel for the Decree Holder states that the affidavit in terms of the directions given by this court was received only yesterday and seeks time to go through the same before making submissions.
2. Further, he assures that a copy of the application would be furnished to counsel for the Judgment Debtor within a period of three days from today. Reply thereto, be filed within a period of two weeks thereafter.
