Section 31(1) in The Orissa Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1996
(1)The Board may, by general or special order in writing, delegate to the Welfare Commissioner or any other officer of the Board such of its powers and functions under this Act, except the power to make regulations under Section 36, as it may deem necessary, and it may in like manner withdraw such delegation.
