Section 2(1)(i) in The M.P. Factories Rules, 1962

(i)"Health Officer" means the Municipal Health-Officer or District Health Officer or a Health Officer appointed as such under any other enactment for the time being in force or such other official as may be appointed by the State Government in that behalf;
