Section 4th(a) in The Punjab Legislative Assembly (Grant of Advance to Speaker and Deputy Speaker) Rules, 1979
(a)That the Mortgagor Now hath in himself good right and lawful authority to grant, convey, transfer, assign and assure the mortgaged property unto and to the use of the Mortgagee in the manner aforesaid.
