Section 19(1) in National Medical Commission Act, 2019
(1)The President and Members (other than part-time Members) of each Autonomous Board shall hold the office for a term not exceeding four years and shall not be eligible for any extension or re-appointment:Provided that part-time Members of each Autonomous Board shall hold the office for a term of two years:Provided further that a Member shall cease to hold office after attaining the age of seventy years.
