Section 4(iii) in The Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) (Consent) Madhya Pradesh Rules, 1975
(iii)In the case of new discharges, the person/persons shall submit the application giving the details of the manufacturing processes etc. indicated in the Consent forms alongwith appliances and designs of Waste Treatment facilities that are to be provided.
