8. Committee of professional experts.
- The Governing Council may, in such manner as may be prescribed constitute Committees of professional experts in respect of such dispensaries and hospitals as they may consider necessary, as and when required with a view to bring about qualitative improvements of the medical care facilities, which shall function under the administrative control of the Commissionerate.CHAPTER-III.
