Section 13(1) in The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Securitised Debt Instruments and Security Receipts) Regulations, 2008
(1)The trustee and the special purpose distinct entity shall ensure timely payment of interest and redemption amounts to the investors in terms of the offer document or other terms of issue of the securitised debt instruments out of the realisations from the asset pool, credit enhancer or liquidity provider.
