(2)Appeal- If the managing Committee of the institution is aggrieved from the order made by the enquiry officer, it may prefer an appeal under sub-section (3) of section 32 of the Act to such officer as may be empowered by the Director of Education in this behalf within thirty days of the date of receipt of such order.On receipt of an appeal, the officer hearing the appeal shall promptly call the relevant records form the enquiry officer and after examination of such records and giving an opportunity of being heard to the appellant and the employee confirm, modify or reverse the order appeared against and his decision thereon shall be final. The said decision shall forthwith be communicated to the appellant and employee.
